Consultwithtray is seeking a Travel Services Coordinator who is organized, dependable, and comfortable keeping travel details on track. You will help clients throughout the planning process by coordinating hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages, while keeping reservations organized and responding promptly to questions.

Ideal candidates enjoy handling multiple tasks from home, have strong written and verbal communication, and can work independently with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
• Assist with reservation requests, updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Keep itineraries and client information organized and up to date
• Communicate with clients through email and other online platforms
• Research travel options and gather information based on client requests
• Review booking details and identify missing or incorrect information
• Keep track of upcoming trips and outstanding items
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout the planning process
