Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries. You’ll design custom trips and guide clients from first inquiry to confirmed reservation for solo escapes, group getaways, weddings, or family travel.

You’ll work fully remotely, part-time or full-time, with onboarding and ongoing coaching on products, suppliers, and sales-driven planning techniques. A collaborative, supportive team awaits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills to handle objections and guide clients to a sale.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries and bookings without missing details.
• Fast learner with new tools: CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, or travel is a plus; training provided.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore confidently.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages.
• Connect with clients to uncover ideals, present options, and close sales.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly (payments, changes, add-ons).
• Share insider knowledge to add value with local experiences and deals.
• Support clients from planning to payment, on-trip help, and post-trip follow-ups.
