This role emphasizes understanding each client’s goals, researching options, organizing details, and supporting the planning journey from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and present options that align with client preferences.
• Guide clients through available choices and answer questions on requirements and inclusions.
• Coordinate arrangements using approved supplier and reservation platforms.
• Review traveler information, confirmations, schedules, and booking details for accuracy.
• Maintain communication with clients about updates, deadlines, and next steps.
• Stay informed about destinations, supplier offerings, promotions, and industry updates.
