You will be organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a virtual environment, with a 100% remote schedule, flexible hours, training and ongoing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support throughout the vacation planning process.
• Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, and activity options.
• Collect and organize required trip details and preferences.
• Prepare and update itinerary information and related documentation.
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure all questions are answered.
• Maintain accurate client profiles and update internal systems as needed.
• Coordinate follow-ups and scheduling to ensure timely completion of planning tasks.
• Support the booking process by confirming details and providing administrative assistance.
• Perform general customer service and coordination duties as assigned.
