The role blends customer service with administrative tasks, requiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a remote work setup and can communicate effectively with clients online.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, scheduling, or travel is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
• Assist with reservation requests, updates, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Keep itineraries and client information organized and up to date.
• Communicate with clients through email and other online platforms.
• Research travel options and gather information based on client requests.
• Review booking details and help identify missing or incorrect information.
• Keep track of upcoming trips and outstanding items.
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout the planning process.
