Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day tasks, schedules, handoffs, records, and status updates supporting air tickets, tours, travel products, reservations, customer service, sales support, and travel operations in the Operations Coordinator role at Shroff Travel.
• Coordinate routine handoffs between teams and follow up on missing information, overdue tasks, or unresolved requests as part of the Operations Coordinator role at Shroff Travel.
• Review workflow data for obvious exceptions, delays, or incomplete records and route issues to the appropriate owner across ticketing, tours, and travel sales in this Operations Coordinator position.
• Prepare recurring operational summaries, task reports, and status updates for managers for the Shroff Travel team as part of Operations Coordinator work.
• Document procedures, process changes, handoff requirements, and recurring operational issues while supporting ticketing, tours, and travel sales in the Operations Coordinator role at Shroff Travel.
