Job summary

BCD Travel in the United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a remote team of travel consultants, oversee day-to-day operations, KPIs, workload, and coaching to drive performance. The role requires strong leadership and experience managing high-performing virtual teams in corporate travel.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Sabre and SAP Concur Travel, fluent English communication, and the ability to develop teams to exceed targets while navigating regulatory

Qualifications

Extensive experience in corporate travel management with supervising experience.
Advanced skills on GDS Sabre and SAP Concur Travel.
Strong leadership and ability to coach and develop remote teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to a team of travel consultants.
Manage KPI, workload, and coaching for the team.
Serve as primary point of contact and develop team to meet targets.
Coach and develop the team to meet performance goals.
Stay updated on regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas).
