Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your client, and ensure all milestones are clearly communicated and met.
• Consult with Client during research of venues to ensure a strategic, targeted search.
• Build, monitor and maintain concise and accurate event budgets.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and build long lasting partnerships.
• Create attendee communications and registration websites with a well-timed plan.
• Ensure hotel rooms, room sets, offsite events and transportation are coordinated.
• Maintain data integrity across client systems and ensure a positive attendee experience.
