Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Travel Insurance) who will serve as the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with travel insurance policies. The role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting lead qualification and policy assistance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience, a current insurance license, and strong communication skills. This position is remote, offering competitive hourly pay between $22 and $25 along with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; customer service experience in the travel insurance industry strongly preferred.
• Current travel and/or property & casualty insurance license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering inbound calls and responding through live chat.
• Deliver an A+ customer experience by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on travel insurance policies.
• Assist existing policyholders with service-related questions and policy support.
