You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging, assist with bookings and changes, provide destination information, and maintain accurate records while delivering empathetic service.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service; travel/hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work remotely with strong self-motivation.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
