Rudyb Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Service Representative to support clients from initial booking to post-trip follow-up. In this client-facing role, you’ll ensure a seamless, personalized travel experience with attention to detail and empathy.

You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and messaging platforms, coordinate itineraries, and provide accurate destination information while upholding agency policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience (travel or hospitality preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology and booking platforms.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive experience.
• Address client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update booking systems as required.
