Destination Knot is hiring a Remote Travel Coordinator to support clients with end-to-end travel planning. You’ll manage itineraries, coordinate flights, hotels, transportation and activities, communicating closely with clients to align on preferences and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable using digital tools, booking platforms, and communication systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Must be 18 years or older with internet and PC access.
• A passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transportation and excursions.
• Communicate with clients to understand preferences, goals and budgets.
• Research and recommend destinations, resorts and experiences tailored to client needs.
• Book and confirm travel reservations using online tools and booking platforms.
• Handle changes, cancellations and special requests with proactive solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client bookings and communications.
• Stay informed on destination trends, travel policies and partner promotions.
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure a positive travel planning experience from start to finish.
