Hope's Global Getaways is seeking an Experience-Based Sales Consultant to help clients identify and select vacation experiences that align with their interests, priorities, and budgets, while delivering personalized service throughout the decision process.

This remote role blends consultative sales, customer engagement, research, and travel coordination. Training, supplier education, mentorship, and ongoing resources are provided, and prior travel industry experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest in consultative sales, customer service, hospitality, or relationship management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their vacation interests and goals.
• Ask questions to identify preferences, travel dates, budgets, and desired experiences.
• Research vacation products through approved travel supplier resources.
• Present personalized recommendations based on individual client needs.
• Explain available packages, accommodations, cruises, activities, promotions, and optional services.
• Help clients compare choices and confidently select appropriate travel experiences.
• Coordinate selected reservations through authorized supplier platforms.
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding vacation inquiries and available options.
• Build professional relationships designed to encourage repeat clients and referrals.
• Communicate through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms.
• Review reservation information and confirmations for accuracy.
• Keep client profiles, communications, follow-ups, and booking information organized.
• Stay knowledgeable about destinations, supplier products, promotions, and emerging travel opportunities.
• Provide continued assistance throughout the planning and reservation experience.
