Job summary

Hope's Global Getaways is seeking a motivated Travel Account Consultant for a fully remote role. You will understand client vacation needs, research options, and coordinate reservations with approved suppliers, while keeping clients updated on confirmations and itineraries.

Training is provided and no prior travel experience is required. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computers, internet research, and online applications.

• No travel industry experience required.
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Mexico, Spain, or other qualifying region.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand vacation goals, dates, preferences, and budgets.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages.
• Present suitable options based on individual client requests.
• Assist with coordinating reservations through approved supplier platforms.
• Provide updates regarding confirmations, deadlines, and itinerary details.
• Review booking information to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to client questions and assist with routine reservation needs.
• Maintain organized client profiles and booking records.
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms.
• Keep current with destination information, supplier offerings, and available promotions.
• Provide attentive service designed to build positive client relationships.
• Support ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
