As part of our growing remote team, you will assist clients, provide destination insights, coordinate travel details, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Interest in hospitality, customer experience, travel, tourism, sales, or client services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and digital communication tools.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and selecting travel experiences that align with their interests and goals.
• Provide destination insights, vacation recommendations, and travel planning guidance.
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and vacation packages.
• Support travelers throughout the booking and pre-departure process.
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, online messaging, and virtual meetings.
• Partner with travel suppliers to secure reservations and verify travel details.
• Review itineraries and booking information to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
• Monitor industry updates, destination news, and special travel promotions.
• Deliver responsive, professional service that enhances the overall client experience.
