Nexoratalent is seeking a Remote Travel Experience Specialist to help clients plan and coordinate personalized travel experiences with attentive service from inquiry to completion.

The role involves communicating with clients across phone, email, and online platforms, coordinating travel details, and providing accurate information on options, schedules, and requirements, while delivering a positive, personalized experience in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests.
• Comfortable using computers and web-based tools.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, coordination, or travel is a plus but not required.
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or client experience.

Responsibilities
