Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking Client Experience Trip Advisors to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating their travel arrangements including vacations and cruises, while ensuring all booking details are accurate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain.
• Reliable internet connection required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, and hotel stays.
• Research travel options and reservation availability.
• Maintain organized client records and booking confirmations.
• Support reservation changes and customer service requests.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Good organizational and multitasking skills
