Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals, travel interests, schedules, and spending plans.
• Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, guided tours, transportation, attractions, and vacation packages.
• Recommend travel options tailored to each client’s preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and additional travel services using approved supplier systems.
• Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, travel documentation, and departure instructions.
• Assist with reservation changes, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and special travel requests.
• Verify reservation details and travel information to ensure bookings are complete and accurate.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients by providing updates and answering travel-related questions.
• Keep accurate records of client information, bookings, and correspondence within company platforms.
• Work with preferred travel partners to provide exceptional travel planning and customer support.
• Participate in ongoing supplier education, destination training, and professional development opportunities.
