Responsibilities

• Create personalized travel recommendations reflecting client interests.
• Arrange accommodations, transportation, excursions, and related services.
• Prepare itineraries, confirmations, and departure information.
• Support itinerary revisions, updates, cancellations, and special requests.
• Review reservations to ensure accuracy before departure.
• Keep clients informed with timely updates and questions throughout planning.
