Job summary

3 Dots is seeking a Remote Client Services Coordinator to support our Travel & Events team. You will research travel options, coordinate details, and deliver excellent customer service to clients from home.

No travel industry experience is required; we provide training for the right candidate and you will collaborate with hotels, venues, and travel partners to fulfill client requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, professional assistance
• Research hotels, destinations, activities, transportation, restaurants, venues, and other travel or event options
• Assist with travel and event reservations, confirmations, and changes
• Organize client information, itineraries, schedules, and booking details
• Communicate with hotels, vendors, venues, and travel partners
• Follow up on outstanding requests and confirmations
• Assist with resolving booking changes or client issues
• Maintain accurate records and client information
• Conduct online research and gather information for client requests
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Travel & Events team
• Work collaboratively with team members while managing assigned tasks independently
