As an Independent Travel Advisor, you will work directly with clients to understand their vacation goals, research options, and coordinate arrangements from home.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually to discuss vacation ideas, preferences, schedules, and budgets.
• Research destinations and identify experiences that fit client requests.
• Compare resorts, hotels, cruise itineraries, transportation, tours, and package options.
• Develop customized vacation suggestions based on client priorities.
• Explain relevant accommodations, amenities, inclusions, and available offers.
• Guide clients through their available choices and answer planning-related questions.
• Coordinate selected arrangements using approved supplier and reservation resources.
• Organize confirmations, itinerary information, and other important trip details.
• Monitor reservation requirements, payment dates, and upcoming deadlines.
• Follow up with clients throughout the planning and preparation process.
• Review names, dates, services, and reservation information for accuracy.
• Assist with routine updates, modifications, and special requests when needed.
• Maintain organized records of client communications and arrangements.
• Continue learning about destinations, suppliers, and vacation products.
