Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 8+ years managing complex electrical projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and OSHA codes.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and mentors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project financials, billings, projections, and cash flow.
• Develop change orders and communicate cost/schedule impacts to clients.
• Direct and supervise foremen and crews to comply with contracts.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
• Attend monthly financial reviews with project team and client partners.
