Hallford Travels is hiring a Remote Travel Customer Support Specialist to assist clients with travel planning, answer questions, and coordinate arrangements from a home office. You will engage with travelers, confirm details with suppliers, and keep accurate records of bookings.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable using email and online platforms. Previous travel-industry experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
• Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information.
• Provide support to clients before and after travel when needed.
