destinationknot is seeking a Client Services Travel Coordinator to support clients remotely from the United States. You will help plan and book vacations, cruises, and group trips, delivering personalized service and accurate itineraries.

Training and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you succeed in this rewarding role. In this remote position, you will engage clients, research options, prepare proposals, and manage reservations while staying current on travel trends and supplier

Qualifications

• Strong interest in travel and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable with online tools and technology for research and booking.
• Reliable internet connection and basic computer proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research travel options, including accommodations, cruises, tours, and packages.
• Prepare and present customized travel proposals and itineraries.
