Job summary

Destination Careers is seeking a Client Services Travel Coordinator for a fully remote role in the United States. You will help clients plan and book travel, research options across accommodations, cruises, tours, and packages, and present tailored itineraries with meticulous attention to detail.

You’ll be trained and supported as you deliver outstanding customer care, maintain timely communication, and stay updated on industry trends while collaborating with a virtual team.

Qualifications

• Interest in travel and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using online tools and technology for research and booking.
• Reliable internet and basic computer proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research travel options, including accommodations, cruises, tours, and packages.
• Prepare and present customized travel proposals and itineraries.
• Manage travel reservations and ensure accuracy of booking details.
• Provide timely, professional communication and follow-up with clients.
• Stay current on travel trends, destinations, and preferred supplier offerings.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
