• Arrange accommodations, transportation, excursions, and services
• Process and organize reservation information in approved systems
• Provide updates on confirmations, payments, deadlines, and itineraries
• Respond to client questions and assist with planning concerns
• Communicate professionally by phone, email, and messaging apps
• Coordinate with travel partners for extra information as needed
• Double-check confirmations and trip details for accuracy
• Maintain electronic records of client communications and reservations
• Stay informed on destination developments and supplier programs
