Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, dates, budgets, and needs.
• Research and compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours and other travel services.
• Assist with coordinating selected arrangements through supplier resources.
• Organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Provide updates, respond to routine questions, and assist with changes or service-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate client records and participate in training and supplier education.
