Hope's Global Getaways is seeking a results‑driven Travel Concierge to assist clients in planning destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, and luxury getaways. You will research options, present choices, and coordinate reservations with care and timely communication.

This remote, independent role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and access to supplier resources while you build knowledge of destinations and travel products.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to identify vacation goals, preferred experiences, schedules and budget.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, and activities.
• Present relevant options and explain features and inclusions.
• Coordinate reservations and services via booking platforms.
• Review details for accuracy and keep clients informed of deadlines.
• Provide professional follow-up during planning and reservation.
• Handle general questions and modifications as needed.
• Maintain organized client records and supplier knowledge.
