Unique Escapes in the United States is seeking a Remote Client Service & Success Specialist to support clients throughout their travel journey—from inquiry to booking and post-trip follow-up. You will answer questions about destinations and packages, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate client records with clarity and care.

In this role you will guide travelers through planning, prepare quotes and itineraries, and ensure a smooth booking experience in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM and travel booking tools preferred.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries by phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication.
• Guide clients through travel planning, including research and options.
• Prepare clear quotes, itineraries, and booking summaries.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers and internal teams to confirm details.
• Document client interactions and track bookings in the CRM.
• Provide timely updates before, during, and after travel.
• Follow up after trips to gather feedback and encourage future bookings.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and growth.
