Ladders is seeking a Manager, Commercial Education- Trauma & Extremities to design and deliver education programs supporting a specialized medical device portfolio. The role partners with marketing, global education, and legal to ensure compliant, current content and engaging training for new hires and experienced staff.

The position is remote for US-based candidates, offering a salary of $102,000 to $177,100 per year and opportunities to advance learning in anatomy, procedures, and competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of experience in medical device sales, marketing, or education.
• 3 years of experience in orthopaedic fracture management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in digital tools and MS Office.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute training initiatives for the Trauma & Extremities sales team.
• Collaborate with global education and marketing teams to align training resources.
• Evaluate trends in learning media to enhance training effectiveness.
• Deliver training for new hires and develop virtual course content.
• Facilitate learning on anatomy, procedures, and competitive technologies.
• Lead integrity selling courses and focus on competitive selling strategies.
• Ensure compliance of all learning content with legal requirements.
