Job summary

Highridge Medical LLC seeks a Medical Education Associate Manager to design and deliver training for the sales force and healthcare professionals on safe, effective use of medical devices. You will develop materials, run programs, and ensure regulatory compliance across educational activities.

Responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating live and virtual sessions, and partnering with marketing, engineers, and physician advisors to build influential programs that advance spine care solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in medical device product environment.
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement world-class training programs for sales reps and healthcare professionals.
• Create ongoing clinical and technical training materials for internal staff and sales force.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory standards in training activities.
• Maintain tracking and documentation of training according to SOPs.
• Develop and manage budgets and program agendas.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and physician advisors to create impactful training.
