The position is remote for US-based candidates, offering a salary of $102,000 to $177,100 per year and opportunities to advance learning in anatomy, procedures, and competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of experience in medical device sales, marketing, or education.
• 3 years of experience in orthopaedic fracture management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in digital tools and MS Office.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Commercial Education- Trauma & Extremities to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape and deliver commercial education programs that strengthen field readiness, elevate selling effectiveness, and support business growth across a specialized medical device portfolio. The manager will partner closely with marketing, global education, and legal stakeholders to ensure learning content is current, compliant, and aligned to market needs. The position also focuses on developing engaging training experiences for new hires and experienced team members, with an emphasis on anatomy, procedures, competitive positioning, and modern learning formats.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $102,000 – $177,100 annually
