You will design and deliver training programs for the sales team, focusing on Orthopaedics and Trauma & Extremities, and partner with Global Education and Marketing to elevate capabilities. The role requires 8+ years in related fields, strong facilitation skills, and travel up to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years in medical device sales, marketing, education or healthcare roles.
• 3+ years orthopaedic fracture management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute Trauma & Extremities training initiatives for the sales org.
• Collaborate with Global Education, Franchise, Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Lead live classroom delivery and virtual learning for new hires.
• Apply adult learning principles and professional facilitation across programs.
• Manage vendor content development and act as SME for training development.
• Ensure learning content is current, copy-approved and compliant with regulations.
• Deliver Integrity Selling and other selling courses; focus on competitive content.
• Travel up to 25% domestically/internationally as required.
