One80 Intermediaries Inc. seeks a results-oriented Transportation Broker to drive growth by building strong retail agency partnerships and delivering high-quality submission flow in a remote US role.

You will quote, place, and service trucking-related insurance accounts, collaborating with underwriters and internal teams to move opportunities from submission to bind. Travel within the territory is required to nurture relationships and expand the agent network.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a submission or sales pipeline with strong attention to detail.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed production goals for written policy and premium.
• Build and strengthen retail agency partnerships through meetings and outreach.
• Solicit, place, and service trucking-related insurance accounts to drive high-quality submissions.
