Labela is seeking U.S.-based transplant surgeons at every career stage for a flexible, remote role focused on validating and auditing AI-driven clinical reasoning in transplant surgery. You will act as a subject matter expert to align AI outputs with ASTS/ACS standards and ensure safety in patient care.

The engagement is project-based, runs July 30 to August 31, 2026, and prioritizes candidates in California while remaining fully remote across the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• United States citizenship is required.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Surgery (ABS) or current senior resident/fellow (PGY-2+).

Responsabilités

• Audit and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ASTS/ACS standards.
• Provide high-complexity validation for transplant case presentations and donor/recipient assessments.
• Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations that could impact patient safety.
• Advise on development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for transplant care.
