Job summary

Labela is seeking U.S.-based Medical Oncologists at all career stages for high-level clinical consulting in a fully remote capacity. You will validate and audit AI-driven clinical reasoning, ensuring alignment with oncology standards and patient safety.

This role offers flexible, project-based hours July 30 to August 31, 2026, with prioritized candidates in California while remaining remote across the United States.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology (ABIM) or current senior resident/fellow (PGY-2+)
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training
• Must be based in the United States
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases

Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies against ASCO/NCCN standards
• Provide high-complexity validation for oncologic case presentations, staging, and treatment regimens
• Identify inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could affect patient safety
• Advise on development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for oncology care
