Labela is seeking U.S.-based Colorectal Surgeons at every career stage for high-level clinical consulting to validate, refine, and audit frontier AI models. This 100% remote role aims to influence the safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale.

We are prioritizing candidates based in Texas for this cohort, though the engagement is fully remote across the United States and runs on a flexible, project-based schedule to fit around clinical or training commitments.

Formación

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Colon and Rectal Surgery (ABCRS), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above).
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate colorectal surgical case presentations.
• Safety Oversight: Identify inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on AI-driven clinical decision support tools for colorectal care.
