Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Transmission Line Project Manager to join our Power & Energy PM Team in Burnsville, MN, with flexible locations in MN/WI. You will manage technical, scheduling, quality and financial aspects of transmission line projects, build client relationships, and market WSP’s Power Delivery services across the Midwest.

The role requires leading engineering/construction teams, strong PM processes knowledge, and travel to client offices for meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field.
• 10+ years of relevant post‑education experience in a project management role.
• 3+ years leading engineering/construction teams on high voltage transmission line projects.
• Proficient with project management processes and tools including contract, risk, schedule and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV transmission line projects, including budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and report progress to clients.
• Lead kickoff meetings and regular client communications with scope/budget updates.
• Guide project teams, ensure QA/QC and deliver documentation and closeout activities.
