Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Transmission Line Project Manager to drive delivery of high voltage transmission line projects across the Midwest, including MN and WI offices. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety while leading cross‑functional teams and partnering with clients.

This role requires 10+ years in project management for HV/EHV projects, strong CPM scheduling, and proven leadership to mentor staff. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant post‑education experience in a project management role.
  • 3+ years leading engineering/construction teams on HV/EHV transmission line projects.
  • Knowledge of PM processes and tools: Contract, EV, Change, Risk, Schedule, Financials.

Responsibilities

  • Provide PM leadership for HV and EHV transmission line projects across the lifecycle.
  • Develop client relationships and market Power Delivery services in the Midwest.
  • Lead project kick‑offs and regular client reporting and communications.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs with QA/QC adherence.
  • Coordinate with multi‑disciplinary teams and participate in negotiations.
