Job summary

Leadership responsibilities include mentoring engineers and coordinating with regulators and clients. The ideal candidate holds a PE license, ABET‑accredited degrees in CE/EE, and has experience in project leadership and construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (ABET).
• Master's degree (ABET) will count toward years of experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Responsibilities

• Engineering analysis, route selection, and design for transmission line projects.
• Prepare project construction documents including plans, profiles, specs, and BOMs.
• Model transmission line designs using PLS-CADD and coordinate with teams.
• Lead and mentor engineers; train lower‑level staff and set area goals.
• Coordinate with governmental and regulatory agencies and contractors.
