Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Transition Manager for a full-time remote opportunity in the United States. You will lead migration of infrastructure, workplace services, field support, and hosting functions for North America, coordinating with US and Canada stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT or related field with 15 years of experience across service desks, digital workplace, hosting, network, cybersecurity, and data center operations, plus ITIL Foundation and PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related discipline and 15+ years of related experience.
• Experience across Transition Governance, KT, and Operational Readiness.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with US and Canada business stakeholders.
• Manage transition activities for offices, plants, warehouses and corporate locations.
• Lead executive stakeholder communications.
• Support compliance audit and regulatory requirements.
• Govern onsite and remote support readiness.
• Drive infrastructure operational acceptance across all towers.
