Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Transition Manager for a full-time remote opportunity in the United States. The role leads migration of infrastructure, workplace services, field support and hosting into steady-state operations, coordinating with US and Canada stakeholders.

Applicants must have 15 years of related IT experience and a Bachelor's degree in IT engineering or related discipline. ITIL Foundation certification is required; PMP/PRINCE2 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related discipline.
• 15 years of related experience in service desk, digital workplace, field support, hosting services, network services, cybersecurity services or data center operations.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• PMP / PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with US and Canada business stakeholders.
• Manage transition activities for offices, plants, warehouses and corporate locations.
• Lead executive stakeholder communications.
• Support compliance audit and regulatory requirements.
• Govern onsite and remote support readiness.
• Drive infrastructure operational acceptance across all towers.
