The role leads activities across North America to migrate infrastructure services, digital workplace, and hosting functions from incumbents into steady-state operations. The candidate will coordinate with US and Canada stakeholders, manage transition programs across offices and facilities, and drive Day-1 readiness, governance, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering or related discipline.
• 15 years of related experience across service desk, digital workplace, field support, hosting services, network, cybersecurity, and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with US and Canada business stakeholders.
• Manage transition activities for offices, plants, warehouses and corporate locations.
• Lead executive stakeholder communications.
• Support compliance audit and regulatory requirements.
• Govern onsite and remote support readiness.
• Drive infrastructure operational acceptance across all towers.
• Own regional transition plans and execution.
• Maintain RAID logs and mitigation actions.
• Conduct weekly governance reviews.
• Ensure milestone achievement and contractual compliance.
• Plan and execute KT activities.
• Validate process documentation.
• Conduct service readiness reviews.
• Lead Day-1 planning and hypercare activities.

• Conduct customer-facing transition reviews.
• Escalate risks and dependencies proactively.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in IT Engineering or related discipline and 15 years of related experience in the areas below:

The salary range for this role is between $115,000 and $135,000 depending on skills and qualifications of the candidate. Applications will be accepted till 10/05/2026.
