Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience or High School Diploma with 5 years’ experience, plus technical/vocational or apprenticeship training.
• Candidate must have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• Travel domestically is an essential part of this position (up to 85%).

Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding and professional service, remotely or on-site, in key transformer service categories.
• Exceeding customer expectations by understanding and anticipating needs.
• Coordinating logistics of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobs.
• Read and work from applicable electrical and mechanical drawings and manuals.
• Perform tasks requiring use of mechanical hand tools.
• Identify and develop potential sales and business opportunities across Hitachi Energy.
