Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Business Administration or related field.
• PMP or working toward certification is strongly desired.
• At least 8 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects across business, healthcare, technology, operations, or service-oriented settings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing complex customer requirements across cost, schedule, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and drives execution of medium to large enterprise programs.
• Acts as day-to-day project contact for stakeholders and tracks timelines.
• Aligns objectives with organizational goals and monitors dependencies.
• Leads cross-functional teams across multiple sites and functions.
• Provides timely feedback to teams and escalates risks early to support action.
• Supports readiness and adoption activities for new processes or systems.
