Job summary

Eide Bailly LLP in the United States seeks a Transfer Pricing Analyst to own day-to-day engagements from kickoff to final delivery. Analyze trial balances, P&Ls, intercompany schedules, and supporting workpapers to produce client-ready deliverables.

You will design comparable searches, prepare local files and planning memos, and coordinate with tax, audit, valuation, and advisory teams while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least two years of transfer pricing experience including documentation, benchmarking, financial analysis, or policy work.
• Ownership of workstreams with proactive problem-solving and minimal direction.
• Ability to identify gaps, risks, and propose practical paths forward.
• Strong Excel and Word skills, with comfort handling large datasets.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of transfer pricing engagements from kickoff to final delivery.
• Analyze trial balances, segmented P&Ls, intercompany schedules, and financial statements.
• Build and review tested-party calculations, PLIs, and year-end models in Excel.
• Prepare U.S. transfer pricing documentation, local files, and benchmarking studies.
• Draft client-ready deliverables and respond to reviewer comments with QC checks.
• Design comparable-company searches and screening with rationale documentation.
• Lead client fact-finding interviews and translate business issues into analyses.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams across tax, audit, valuation, and advisory.
• Maintain trackers, deadlines, and engagement status; manage budget and data issues early.
