Eide Bailly LLP is seeking a transfer pricing professional in the United States to own and execute engagements from kickoff through delivery, with exposure to documentation, benchmarking, and policy work.

This role requires strong Excel/Word skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. Remote, hybrid, or in-office work arrangements are supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of transfer pricing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; able to work with financial statements and large datasets.
• Experience with Capital IQ and transfer pricing databases is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, writing, organizational, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of transfer pricing engagements from kickoff to delivery.
• Analyze trial balances, segmented P&Ls, intercompany schedules.
• Build tested-party calculations, PLIs, year-end models and related analyses.
• Prepare U.S. transfer pricing documentation, local files, and benchmarking studies.
• Draft client-ready deliverables and perform final QA.
• Design and execute comparable-company searches and justify rationales.
• Lead client interviews and translate business into analyses.
• Communicate with clients and advisers on data requests and status.
