Eide Bailly LLP is seeking a Transfer Pricing Analyst to support a high-volume portfolio of TP engagements in the United States. You will own day-to-day execution, analyze financials, develop models, and prepare documentation for US transfer pricing purposes.

The role requires 2+ years in transfer pricing, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to work across client teams. A Bachelor’s in a related field is required; a Master’s is preferred. Remote, hybrid, or in-office work options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years transfer pricing experience.
• Ownership of assigned workstreams with initiative.
• Strong Excel and Word proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of transfer pricing engagements from kickoff through final delivery.
• Analyze trial balances, segmented P&Ls, intercompany schedules, financial statements, forecasts, and supporting workpapers.
• Build and review tested-party calculations, PLIs, year-end true-up models, and other Excel-based analyses.
• Prepare US transfer pricing documentation, local files, planning memoranda, policy summaries, benchmarking studies, and annual refreshes.
• Draft and revise client-ready deliverables, respond to reviewer comments, and perform final quality control.
• Lead/perform comparable-company searches, including strategy, screening, and evaluation.
