Eide Bailly LLP is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Analyst in the United States. The role focuses on leading day-to-day TP engagements, analyzing financial data, and building complex models.

You will also prepare documentation, benchmarking studies, and client-ready deliverables while coordinating with internal teams and clients. The position requires a minimum of 2 years in transfer pricing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of transfer pricing experience.
• Own assigned workstreams and drive progress.
• Identify gaps and escalate when needed.
• Excel and Word proficiency with large datasets.
• Strong research, writing, and presentation skills.
• Clear, professional client communications.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day transfer pricing engagements from kickoff to delivery.
• Analyze trial balances, P&Ls, intercompany schedules, and financials.
• Build tested-party calculations, PLIs, and year-end models.
• Prepare U.S. TP documentation, local files, and benchmarking studies.
• Draft client-ready deliverables and respond to reviewer comments.
• Lead comparable-company searches and interviews with clients.
