Job summary

Eide Bailly LLP is seeking a transfer pricing professional to manage day-to-day engagements across a high-volume portfolio. You will own start-to-finish execution, analyze financial data, prepare documentation, and coordinate with clients and advisers.

The role requires at least two years of TP experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to work across teams. A bachelor's in accounting/finance is required; master's preferred. Remote/hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of transfer pricing experience with documentation, benchmarking, financial analysis, or policy work.
• Own workstreams and push projects forward with minimal direction.
• Strong research, analytical, writing, organizational and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of TP engagements from kickoff to delivery.
• Analyze trial balances, segmented P&Ls, intercompany schedules, and forecasts.
• Build and review tested-party calculations and other Excel-based analyses.
• Prepare U.S. TP documentation, local files, planning memos, and benchmarking studies.
• Draft client-ready deliverables and respond to reviewer comments.
• Design and conduct comparable company searches and screening.
• Prepare client interviews and lead fact-finding interviews.
• Communicate with clients and foreign advisers on data requests and status.
• Support TP policy design across services, distribution, manufacturing, licensing, financing.
• Review intercompany agreements for consistency with TP policy.
• Maintain project trackers and surface budget/timing issues early.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams.
